Product Description

BHJX390 petroleum casing coupling torque machine is specially used for screwing the connections on or off. Its system consists of six parts: driving clamp system, backup clamp system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, operation table and frame base.

        The purpose of driving clamp system driven by hydraulic motor is screwing the connections on and off. Backup clamp is used to clamp and feeding the pipe driven pneumatic cylinder. Sensor on the backup clamp’s bottom outputs screwing torque, and then the computer on the operation table will display and control the torque.

 

      This machine adopts PLC control system. The advanced torque control system can measure,display,record and control the screwing torque and circles, ensure the best screwing torque and keep it according to API standard avoiding pipe damage caused by over torque. Realizing all automatic screwing on and off, the process is displayed and report printed by computer after collecting and storing.
